Don`t think I`ll get any sleep tonight lol.

Hope so. Paid another visit to Martin earlier. Sourced a towbar but need to measure up as the ally tank seems to sit lower than a standard one

I think your tank is a copy of one of mine, in which case, yes it does sit lower :)

Could soon modify the towbar to fit.
Sent the starter for reconditioning today. Should be ready to pick up tomorrow. Hopefully get it running then. Its taxed and tested so it'll be ready to roll.

Not yet. Cant spin it over fast enough to do compression tests as starter is knackered. Hoping it all ok. The ignition timing was out stopping it starting, starter burnt out too.. Will know by the weekend

Well it runs, needs a bit of fettling though. Drives ok but speedo doesnt work. Happy man.
