These arms will fit and are the ideal length (adjustable) but the cranked end is pointing the wrong way, I got round this by tapping the end straight then careful reshaping in the vice, you might even be able to remove the arms and flip them over. You should be able to find some suitable 12" (or a bit bigger) blades to suit.

Sit Panky can I pick your Commer brain again ! What is the Spindle size I need? Try as I may I’m not getting a definite measurement Thanks

They're mostly a standard size, for instance the Commer arms will fit Mini spindles and Mini ones will fit a Minor. Those in the link I posted I'm sure will fit
