Winter Storage

Hi Woolfy, that really is reasonable. We pay £60 at the min, fab place but we are moving in to our first rented place come this weekend and are on a knife edge as to whether we can afford the camper, let alone the storage but for £100/15-20 per month it would really really help. We are a deffinate if the farmer agrees to it. Thanks alot! :p

Thanks woolfy. If you could put us down from the start of November please (though not that first weekend) that would be great!

we have toby stored at a local farm, it is a huge open air barn thing? very high walls but with large gap between them and the roof. this means weather can get in but the worst if kept off. we were told that a cover can do more damage due to rubbing paintwork etc?

we pay £120 a year which i think is pretty good price as altho not fully covered it is very secure. toby is in there with a caravan and a MASSIVE fridge - sorry i mean motorhome;) he looks very cute!!

This is the storage near Snetterton we used last year,

(the name is purely coincidence, I have no connection)

Although personally I wasn't impressed for the money - as we agreed clearly 'bronze' barn storage but due to the quantity of pine needles in our front roof well it had clearly been outside under their 'motorhome' option. Grrr [:(!] Came back rustier than it went in [xx(]

Other than that 'confusion' which I feel maybe a genuine mistake, no other issues so only suggest make completely sure that you'll be in the barn.

They have a £20 per month basic shelter option too but this fills up very quickly (so check now) and there is a height restriction anyway, so we were too tall.

BTW : I recall a post from last year that somebody found a reliable service to make up custom outdoor covers but I can't now find it - anybody remember who it was ?
