Will they fit my dodge

Hi I'm just about to buy a set of rims I'm told they should go on but they r 15" with a 7j width will these be ok ??

About the limit, but they should go on with suitable spacers/studs etc.

What longer studs fit ?I need to change my front ones on the pa for the rover rostyles rim because of the front brakes have got a rig on then ?
