Well that's true enough ...How's Ted now? Still using him every day? ..Just a thought at the moment, but I'm thinking, just thinking, of maybe getting an early mk3 Cortina as a daily driver
Yup clocking up the miles[^] Ted's been great and as a bonus his heater is brilliant
A Tina eh - good cars and ace 70's styling. It wouldn't be high on my list to be honest and prices are on the up:I
Being bombarded with spammers trying to access the forum over the last few days[V] They must have legions of robots generating applications in China and Ukrain[!]
[V] @ the spammers! must be a mare for you sorting them out ......I had a few Cortinas when I was a youngster.....I was bored the other day and just browsing ebay, the mg's and vw's bore the pants off me........I do love the styling of the early mk3 and there are not too many about although spares seem plentiful
Spammers are toast, it's easy to spot them usually as they have computer generated random names so they are quickly zapped [^] It's just there are loads of them at the moment.
The Tina looks nice - don't go mad and bump the price up
Or even this one

I'm not about to rush in yet ......still lots of thinking to do and whether or not I want to give up my little Toyota, which I do really like....I could do with getting a little part time job after chrimbo...
Nice looking Tina. Not far from me either. My next door neighbour used to have one just like that and a cream Granada, they were known as the custard and cream!
It's going to be a quiet Christmas in the Rand household, just me and Liz. My eldest son is still living in Wales, but preparing to move to Dorset on 5 Jan and my youngest is somewhere off the coast of Brisbane. He has been working on a P&O cruise ship with his girlfriend since August, but gets home at the end of January. That's when we are having our Christmas.
