where's the horn

I feel ready knumb asking this but I can't find the horn ???
The steering wheel does nt have one ??

I've traced the wiring and the horn wire was disconnected
But still not working its getting 11.5v but should cos when I put a wire directly to the battery it works fine so im lost ????
If anyone has any ideas it would be great otherwise I'm gonna put it on a switch on the dash ???

The horn is permanently live, the horn push completes the circuit to earth, there must be a bad connection between the horn and horn push or horn push to earth.
