Whats she worth?

Following on from the 'Fed Dub' thread, I was wondering what my van is worth.

Now i'd like to think my van is something very special as she's never ever been welded! All she's had is a sypathetic respray about 10 years ago by an owner who didn't like the flat white colour and prefered cream.

Everything works how it should, and she drives lovely.

I got offered £4k at a recent show, but i refused, I was just wondereing what sort of price you lot would put on the van?

Since these pics were taken, the interior fabrics which were added in the late 90's have gone and now a more period chocolate and cream colour scheme is present

cor this will be interesting, like getting blood out of a stone !if i was looking for a vw and saw this for sale,i would probably say will you take my bsa in part exchange!but she is special so around 4500 maybe more but have'nt seen her so reserve judgement, are you going to martins????????

That would be a good profit ;) I hope you're not thinking of selling [V] It would be great to see her in the flesh this weekend [8D]

Chloe is certainly an exceptional van, one of those you dream of finding but you could say the same for any classic you may be in to. An absolutely mint Allegro would probably fetch a couple of grand but those willing to pay that for an Allegro are few and far between so the price stays comparatively low on the other hand a nice Cooper S would sell for a small fortune and people would be queuing up to buy it. What you have is very special and kept as it is can only increase in value, I would agree with Chris's estimate but to the lucky custodian it would be worth a lot more [^]

personally i think shes well worth the 4-5 grand mark myself, but like panky said its hard to say if there is anyone out there who wants it bad enough,:D:p

She looks very tidy...wasn't she on Ebay earlier this year/last year?
What's the cab like? New curtains and cushion covers will certainly make her more attractive. We just spent nearly £800 having ours re-trimmed!!

Anyway, boys & girls have a great w/e. Next time the venue must be further south!!!??? - Fantastic weather here in Cornwall at the moment!

Unfortunalty we wont be able to make it this weekend, but we will be sure to make the next one!

Thankyou for your kind comments about Chloe and no, were not thinking of selling!

That one that sold for £4750, was it restored? I only ask as ours isn't :)

Oh Razor, here's the cab, fully of 60's goodness, still complete with the original Autosleeper plug in fan (not sure if this was an option or standard, but i've def seen the same thing in other Autosleepers)
