Does anyone recognise this conversion [?]

The windows look a bit Commmer Camper, Commer's own conversion from the early days. But truly, I've no real idea. Is it homemade?
 
Did some one say something about car camper?the roof could be taken off & used as a boat [?]

On page 162 of Martin's book, there is a picture of a Transit Carcamper. Same roof. Then in the Carcamper section, the description fits perfectly, especially the lovered side windows :)
Since Martin Watts forum name is Carcamper, I think we'll wait for varification, over to you Martin ;)
 
Yes Martin, pretty certain that is a Car-Camper conversion. Tell-tale signs are the side louvre windows and Sherwood rising roof. Only problem is, 'Inca' conversions also had these so it would need internal pics in order to verify; Car-Campers had a tiled floor red or blue or black with white;)
 
it looks suspiciously like it is hiding behind martin's pickup though.... [:0]
 
saw one like this a couple of years ago at a steam rally, it was a commer van converted to a camper, homemade job, had a different shaped roof tho' and was in good nick with retro fittings and flowery curtains [8D] Jayne xx
 
The mystery continues :p The floor is covered with a one piece lino, including under the cupboards.

Finally sorted it, thanks to Martin Watts :)
It's a Clearway (4 berth version of the Teamster), built by Associated Caravans of Shipley, W Yorks.
Quite fitting really, Yorkshire built van, home to roost in Yorkshire :)
 
A mystery solved at last. I guess it was made in fairly small numbers originally so must be almost unique now.

Another fantastic find Martin, you certainly seem to have a nose for these things :) Is lovely that it found a Yorkshire home :)
