Replaced that notorious core plug behind the flywheel today, because the small leak does not get any better by itself:(

Restoring and fitting Romeos roof rack to my bus today,,just waiting for the paint to dry, more room for passengers with cargo on top:).
Greg, what a nasty place for a core plug:(,, hope i don't have to do that one for a while yet.

Suppose, put it on the list for next time trans/motor is out whether it needs it or not.

I'm quite happy to use the 30p ones as one gets the opportunity to inspect the clutch wear regularly;)
As well as removing the load of horrible brown crud that flushing might not reach!

Searched the internet and found three interior light lens. Let's hope they fit better than the 7" head lamp I bought that was too big(!)

If you want to convert the headlamps to halogens then Mini ones fit straight on:) Much better than the old sealed beam units.
Better check with Martin first though just in case the earlier ones are different.

I was trying to replace the spot lamp that stands above the bumper. It's falter than the Lucas halogen headlamp I bought, so I may well be testing it in the headlamp hole now!!

As I said ... #CommerNovice (!)

I replaced all 5 of my interior lamp lenses, thought they were unobtainable but still available from mini parts dealers.
This one http://minisport.com.au/mini-early-interior-light-lense-not-the-later-square-ones is in Aust and a bit pricey, i bought mine for 5 pound each somewhere over there, sorry cant remeber the name of the place but most mini dealers sell them.

CommerChris - something like £29 for three incl VaT and postage from MiniSpares...

Let me see if they fit - I think that they are at the post office... Will let the forum know if they fit...
