What conversion is this?

A guy I know from Pistonheads is wondering if anyone can identify who did this conversion? He thinks his late father, who worked for the GPO, may have done it himself, but obviously he can't ask him.

It appears to be a PA with the wrong grille!

That is most definately a car camper, brilliant conversion!

Mate I've got a car camper If you need photos of the inside ! Thats got the same one tilt roof as my 61 pa
