What Carbs to use ????

Ok Chaps get your heads in gear , Im building a 1725 Hillman Hunter engine with a Alloy head, I have a choice of Carbs, Twin Strombergs, Single Stromberg, NSU Carb, This is for a Commer Bluebird Camper, What one would you have for Fuel Eco and reliability ?? Thoughts Please ,

Single SU is my preference[8D] Do you have a manifold for a single Stromberg? if so I'm sure it could easily be modded for an SU

Either 1 1/2" or 1 3/4' 38 or 44mm (hif4 hif6 hif38 hif44)
