Well it's that time in the morning when I have to take the doggies for their walk. Don't you just love summer weather, wellies, waterproof jacket with hood, mud,and nothing but grey skies. I wonder if I can write a song about it. Grey skies, nothing but grey skies from now on.
 
Weather eh? There's a lot of it about!

I love it - usually this time of year my workshop in an all metal barn is like an oven. It's much nicer at the moment.

Hi Andrew I got myself a collie X called Dusty, a rescue dog amd a little Jack Russell called of all things Jack, who belonged to a conman who only got him to help in his cons. I'll see if I can put a picture of them on here.
 
This was taken in the snow when I have a full beard and never get my hair cut. Come summer ????? I go the other way and have a skinhead and clean shaven.
 
Can't believe it, there is a UFO outside in the sky. Someone has told me it is called the sun but I'm not so sure.
 
Not supper hot. please. Taking Buttercup out for a week. It's great in the rain. Lying in bed with a coffee listening to the rain on the roof. Mopping up the little leakes running down the windows. Bliss

 
You're spot on there Christine but not as good as being in a tent that leaks when it rains, that's fantastic trying to dodge where it's going to drop next. Hope you enjoy your weeks travelling.
 
I once woke up on Shell Island in Wales with the tent flat on top of me so I crawled out the sleeping bag, which by this time was soaking wet, and then crawled out the tent and was stood in the middle of the camp site stark naked, this was not a naturist site, but when I looked around most of the other campers were stood there in various states of undress. A storm had blown most of the tents down.
 
What's happened? tomorrow is the first of August and I'm still pasty coloured when I should have a deep all over tan. Well I suppose it won't be long now till Christmas and then we can look forward to hopefully a proper summer next year.
