Looks solid enough, a damn good wash and polish would make it look so much better !

After a mechanical recommissioning, it does look like it could be run 'as is' - although we all know that seeing in the flesh shows more than just pictures !
 
The lady put on here a couple of weeks ago asking advice, hopefully it will go to a good home. Looks like a great project - a good scrub would make the world of difference.
