yes just to let you all know guys, im just in the proccess of getting new templates and profiles made up of all the original panels which we already offer, which will result in a more accurate copy of the flute lines and depths to match the originals. all in all a better quality panel, (not that the others wernt good enough) its just that it takes time to perfect things and also money.;):p
 
rear corners and side cills will be ready in about two weeks time i hope ,just as soon as the profiles are finished and perfected. (im now officially well and truely skint).[V]:D:p but ha ho its got to be done for the good of commer kind.

you wouldnt belive how much work goes into making one of those jigs . this one took four whole days to make .and it weighs a bloody ton.;):D
 
I can't wait to order some panels off you, the fit and finish look superb! Excellent work, just a shame there weren't guys like you on the scene 10 years a go; there'd be a lot more Commers on the road if there were! Keep the pics coming :D

getting to that stage now where i can start to put the outter fluted cills on and rear corners. if i had any rear corners that is .im still waiting for delivery of the first batch being made off of the new jig or casting, they were suppose to have been ready this week but i havent heard anything yet, i will have to ring up on monday as i have a couple of people who have been really patient and waiting with me. they are probably going to string me up before long. all i can say is it will be worth the wait , and i will be putting a little extra in their boxes once they are delivered for waiting.;):p

yes as you can see we have started to repair the passenger side floor panel and inner wheel arch whilst fitting the inner front cill and outter front door step panel,(note the deeper flute lines in this panel). then we replaced the whole floor pan on the drivers side as it was to far gone. we have also fitted the new front valance just a bit of weld to grind down still just under the bottom flute line, then it will be filled and shaped. we also started on the passenger side door ,(very rotten) so we had to cut the bottom off and make repair sections. we also repaired around by the rear light area, and filled and shaped as many dents as i could around the van where possible including over the patches which were on the passenger side inner wheel arch. more to reveal later on this week along with some pics of poor old sunny from dorset.;):p
 
Well bloody hell somebody's been busy, it must be about a year a go you picked it up. And I well suprised how bad it was :I. But you are doing a grand job, She'll be well worth it when it's done. I haven't started on my Camper yet, I've even stopped using it every day now. Just haven't had time to touch it.
