does it make much difference if you have 14" or 15" wheels [?]just remembering back as a kid,we often use to have to wait at a bridge,while the lorries in front let their tyres down,to clear the bridge,praying we wouldn't have a lorry in front

I was lucky, the previous owner of my house had put another set of double doors on the back of the garage and added a hinged flap above the front doors so he could push his caravan right through and store it out of the way . Plenty of room for Harvey (unless you want to use the cab doors). Obviously won't work for an up and over [V]

You get the neighbour to stand there holding it up
Its quite heavy to lift the door up to horizontal,even tho' its thin aly.I then put 2 diagonal props from the outer corners to the bottom of the garage door posts.
Dont think I would be able to work on a van in there tho' as too narrow!Security isnt really a prob as the whole area is locked with heavy steel gates at night anyway.
I'm considering getting one ,but slowly running out of enthusiasm ,as I cant be a**sed to do lots of work on one ,even tho' Im able to overcome most probs.and the prices seem stupidly high to me ,for a road worthy one .Im not looking for one to use as a camper,as Id probably re-configure the interior any way.Got so much hoarded stuff around (so know the feeling Panky!!)Need to sell some of it to release a few quid. I dont 'do' e- bay tho'!The bigger the sheds you have the more room for cr*p!

I can vouch for that, I had nearly 3000 sq ft at the last house, what a nightmare to move, most went in skips [!]

olyslager manual,say's overall height 79.5"(80.75 inches on the pb model)my roof is max 8"high (measured at the centre back of van allowing 1" for the raised areas of the roof)hope this helps.
