Tyre size

Hello,

I would like to fit some new tyres to my Commer, what tyre size (reinforced or not??)would you recommend?
It's on the standard 15 inch steel wheels.

I'm running 185 R15 C. They are commercial tyres and I find they do the job great. Some have fitted car tyres and say the ride is better but I'm happy with what I've got.

Here we go again... After reading the dozens of threads about this topic, I still find it confusing. And the cracked tyres on my Wanderer is making this somewhat critical! :(

My tyres do not show the "profile/aspect ratio" and I am not sure what to select on the online shops (my budget is fairly low so I want to research as much as possible prior to buying...). My tyres are: Radial Tubeless 185 R15 C 103/102 P

Does anyone know what profile size is correct? thanks a lot in advance!

Stick with the 185,s and use whatever commercial rated tyre you can find. 185r 15 is effectively a 90 profile :)

I found these online... Not the cheapest but seem to be good value? I've never heard any bad feedback about Avon.

avon are good tyres. i would reccomend against continental tyres thought, they look good and all that but they tend to wear in no time :)

Following on from this, does anyone know the actual size of the standard commerical tyres?
profile height would be great....
 
Pretty sure they where full profile. The manual only states the size for radials on 14" rims which is 185 R 14. The wheel width is the same for 15's so I guess tyre size will be 185 R 15 - which is the size I have on both of mine.
