i know its already been said by others , but my hat comes off to you mart, this van looks the dogs boll-cks mate, it shows how far we have all come over the last few years with regards restoreing and supply bits for these vans, and building up an excellent fan base. to think a few years ago people wouldnt have dared take something on like this without the parts available ect. you should be really proud of yourself mate, and i look forwards to seeing it at the nec. i just wont park my attempt too close to it incase you show me up, haha.:D;):p

I think I know what will be the star of the show at NEC next month ! Had in been an ordinary van, it would of course be superb. But being something as quirky as a TV detector van, I'm absolutely sure it will get enormous attention at the show. Just wait and see :p

I know, Woolfy, and didn't mean to step on your toes there. But we know how people are like: You can place 50 pristine Aston Martins in one room (had to be a big room, of course), but it is the James Bond special most folk will take interest in - even if it was a dummy with no engine.

So I know yours will be superb too (!!!) but I would suppose that a TV detector van will grasp the attention of the ordinary man (who won't have the "Commer goggles" we all wear) for its sheer outlandishness and weirdness.

But which one would I vote for? Well, I wouldn't know, as we need to see who wins this race first of all :D And now that Martin has posted pics of his, we need some pics of yours too :D:D:D:D

panky that van of yours is the dogs dangles and i for one would love to own it, you should be really pleased and proud of yourself for undertaking a huge task like you did in your own back yard. dont forget we had a big advantage over you with space and equipment,so to do what you did to harvey takes some big balls mate, and i for one cant wait to see him and your good self at the show. (thats if im finished and make it there myself of course)[?]:D;)

good on ya mate. like jostein said we already know really whats gonna be the big crowd puller at the show this year because of its rareaty and outstanding workmanship. but one things for sure we will all be there doing our bit for the club and commerman kind. haha;):D
