Torque Settings

Hi, I cannot put my hands on my workshop manual and I need to know what torque setting to use on the main bearing caps on a 1725 engine.
My usually trustworthy garage removed them looking for theplace to put the oil seals theat Martin told me and I told them did not exist.
Ihave ordered a CD copy but if anyone has access to the information meantime it would be great

Thanks Martin I have ordered a CD copy but it will take a day or 2 to arrive I definitely owe you a pint or 2 when we finally get to a meeting
