to modify or not

Every classic I've got(two Commers a Minor and a Mini) has been modified in someway:) All mechanical mods to help every day driving (and a bit of hooliganism with the Mini:D) But I'm not averse to any mods as long as they're done tastefully and properly, and you wont get any decenting voices on here I suspect.
Jon's new van is a case in point, that is just perfect in my opinion:cool:
 
But then again I love originality too, there's room for everything. But if you use your classic regularly, or like me you just cant stop tinkering, then there's nothing wrong with a few extra horses and to personalise your vehicle to your own taste, life would be very boring without innovation;)
 
Like my van original but defo going for Martins lowered suspension, just fancy it a bit lower and more positive to drive, plus it will be easier for the dog to get in and out of it! (Bailey)
 
Yes Panky, forgot me password so had to re register, recently went to the Peak District in the van and realised what l have been missing so back into it big time, visited Martin on the way back and am very taken by his new springs so gotta have em!
