Tigger's Bouncing!!!!

But if i disconnect the filler hose from the filler neck the fuel shouldn't spill out;) I'll just tie it up high somewhere with some string or duck tape;)

Must remember not to have a cig in my gob whilst doing it lol:)

Determined to get it done tomorrow even though I have a meeting at lunch time, so we can at least have a day out at the weekend;)

Yeah, dunno what was wrong really...just dropped the tank removed the sender, looked ok so put it back and tested it before i put the tank back...and only managed to spill a tiny drop from the out spout;)....

Really? why? what was up with Harvey's? and how much fuel was in the tank, and how did you overcome the filler hose issue?

sorry John, you already answered on your own thread:D

Tomorrow I'm going to swap the reverse switch as the one I have only reads 0.11volts when switched on;)

I want it to work as it's pretty hard to see when reversing, so at least others will have a clue I'm reversing:)

Hmm, haven't started Tigger for a while and just put the key in to find no ignition lights...put a volt meter on and it read ''hv 1'' ....disconnected battery and tested again it read '5.7'
have put it on charge but any ideas what the 'hv 1' means?
I also have a leisure battery linked and that one read 'hv 1' also ...haven't tested it disconnected though....

I would of thought I'd still get ignition lights with 5.7 volts?

It's never gone flat before, I will have to check nothing was left on or shorting anywhere...

A bit of an odd reading for a voltmeter [?] But if it's flat, it's flat.
Could be a slow drain thing, or maybe your battery is kaput [xx(]

went up to 14.7 and regular checks since now see it at 12.99 and dropping so Mark fitted a 'new' battery before I got the van about 3 tears ago?? .....the moral is ...do not buy cheap shat stuff,,, buy decent stuff, you get what you pay for!!!
