Well I can safely say I am a true commer owner now.........
Sat in a layby on the A14 with a split radiator hose awaiting recovery.....
26 miles without a problem, then the tenp shot up so we pulled over and discovered it

Can't grt to it, big hose leaves bottom of rad, goes into what looks like an ally thermostat then inch and half hose goes into engine, its that short stubby hose right under the alternator

Should have called me out,would have had it fixed in a jiffy. Only takes a few hours to do a complete engine change on a commer so cant be that bad.
We want pics of the dog on the road anyway[?][?]
A commer with boost will be appering on a screen near you soon!

sods law this is. we have driven the van on a number of times lately without any problems. i even went for a drive in the dog with lee to get fuel before he set off, and the van was driving fine. i did offer to go and help lee with the van, but he said it would probably be best if he called the aa as the hose is in a right pig of a place to get to under the van.i have been on stand by incase he wants any help but the aa are dealing with it as we speak.
