Woohoo!! The search is over! We are the very proud new owners of Steve's Commer/Dodge :D Just having a few drinks [:eek:)][:eek:)] to celebrate!

By the way Steve, Thankyou for making us SO welcome and you made what could of been potentially a nightmare day for the boys (4 hours journey each way) into an incredible day out that we sure they will always remember!

We know how much hard work you have put into this van and we are sure you wouldn't of sold it to us if you thought we would neglect her! Oh here we go!, already it's a 'her' and not just a camper!!

We cant wait untill 'she' is delivered so we can start to lovingly make a start on the interior to make her a home from home!

We haven't decided on a name yet but in the best possible way she reminds us of a SMURF:D:D

We are in stitches here reading the link you pasted. So you think that Steve is Papa Smurf that felt sorry for the Smurfette, and took away to he's laboratory to make her more beautiful!!!! and become the envy of all Smurfs!!

Actually I've had the same Smurf in every car that I've owned up to the Mini. A long - long time ago they where giving them away with petrol (yes they actually had to coax you to buy the stuff) and I got a couple and gave them to my (then) toddler son. Word had it that the paint on the little blue people contained lead so the little chap was destined to spend his life wedged behind the rear view mirror - where he still is today - in the Mini looking a bit grubby:I

congrats on the new van. i know how excited we were and still are to have ours.

we drove it to the forest near us the other night (1 mile away!!) went for a bike ride and then just sat in the rain with a cuppa in our camper - very happy :D

Lol I am hoping that we won't go that far with the suits, but you never know!!!! My son is sat here horrified....

Will post some pics as soon as we get her home... Need to build her a new house too!!!!

Am very excited, only 2 and a bit weeks till she arrives :D:D
