mmmm i should have the nice brown coloured carpets to show you tomorrow nite as im picking them up in the morning. russet brown bring back the sixties.:p

i did mate thats why i mentioned the colour scheme. i think they look quite good myself. i just need a white shirt with brown colar and brown flecks all over it, from the sixties. oh and a pair of beetle crushing shoes.:p
 
Penny round collars - where have they gone - usually the shirts had a repeated pattern all over them. My particular favourite was one with a Dickensian looking blokes face wearing a monocle :I. My kid brother boasted an example with pictures of cottages all over it - what style we had back then [^]

I'll have you know my tank tops were bought from the trendiest boutiques in Liverpool, my best one was purple with two yellow stripes across the chest [^]. Now I only buy Giorgio [8D] (Asda not Armani :I)

My tank tops were from c&a with buttons down the front and wavy lines on them. Me Mam used to buy them with provvy tickets! those were the days!:D
 
What was as important in the 70s as the clothes, was to have the carrier bags they came in. Does anyone remember the Mister Byright bag with the cartoons on the side?
 
I have recently found a new source for my fashion fix. Get this:- three pairs of jeans (two black, one blue) one pair of black trousers for work (when the boss visits) an two belting shirts - £36 - not bad [^], Factory shop in Frodsham - I'm going to get more shirts tomoz :) If only they sold red wine at such a bargain price :I

hi razor is it just the carpets you want or door cards aswell. if its just the carpets they are £110.00 if you want a sound deadening underlay the same shape to go with it the carpet they are £160.00 together. but well worth every penny in my oppinion as the underlay is nice and thick and the carpets are of high quality with the matts stiched in and bounded edge aswell. oh and depending on weather you have full hight door cards or the half hight will depend on the price, the prices are on my web page.they can be made within a week.;):p:D

Could be...£160 a bit steep though!?:( CPBW7406 the colour for me. best price? - seriously? (Did get you a mention in PC mag!)
