Now hopefully whoever has bought it will respray it it's better colour. Infact...If the winner is on here as Tim if you can have the half of tin of the red that i gave him when i sold it 
It's not that i dislike the colour, it's just a bit radical to change what i think is a pretty much well known van due to it being in those books this was when we owned it!

I chose the colour as it happens to be a favourite of mine, I'm sure the next owner will want to put their own identity on him. During your ownership you made changes to the interior making it different to what is shown in the book but presumably more to your taste. We've had a lot of fun with Duke and have enjoyed owning him.

Hey Tim, this wasn't meant to come across as a dig mate i'm glad you and your family have enjoyed the van. I did change the interior as it wasn't ever original anyway so tried to make it more usable, but i stand corrected - It is a personal thing
