Point taken Woolfy, however I am certain that within the deleted posts It was said that you had not responded to recent calls and texts. Regardless, I just wanted to state that I was concerned with the manner of the post that I alluded too. I thought it rather trivialised this whole thing and I did take offence to it.

As Lee says, competition is healthy and it helps to shape our own business. You have to have a thick skin, running a business is hard especially at the minute. I can understand your thoughts at this time, but you clearly must see that there is business there for you as you still have vans with you and others booked in.

This whole debate between businesses, business ideas and the monopoly on Commers has become quite embarrassing. I thoroughly enjoy this forum, even though we no longer have a Commer as you are all a great bunch. I have made some very close friends on here and just do not want it to go downhill after all of Admins initial work and the work that those who supply Commer parts and other services beit Fuel Tanks, Wiring, Recovery or Mechanical tit bits.

Keep your chin up, onwards and upwards and all those other clichés!, :)

Note to Moderators - please feel free to delete this thread too so there is a clean slate for all concerned and before Scott try's to hug us all. In a wrong kind of why :I :)

i understand what your saying mate about competition etc being good for all of us. but what isnt good is when some load mouthed people come on here and start saying things that are totally out of order and in correct to most parts about you , and then sit back in their chairs at home feeling all good about themselves because they have started a war. to be honest in relation to people not being able to contact me etc, it doesnt really matter any more because they wont need to contact me about anything, anymore, anyway once admin removes the web site for me when he comes back of his hols. the only people who will need to speak to me from here on in, is those whos vans are still going through the workshop over the next few months or so. so we will just leave it at that shall we. :)

Woolfy is a valued and long standing member of this community.

It is sad to see him closing his doors to the general public but good to know that if you have a problem, and maybe if you can find him, you could still hire the CCP team.

Can we ALL think before we type, not resort to name calling or bullying; I hate pressing the delete key but some of this has gotten out of hand and out of order.

Whilst not only sounding very patronising I think you clearly have not understood that people have been unable to get hold of Woolfy through usual methods ie, phone, text, email and have asked on here. I certainly do not agree with the airing of dirty linen in public and nor do I agree with ignoring clients who pay for a service and as your comment shows we can all only deal with certain things for so long before reaching a breaking point. There are two sides to every story, surely as a Policeman you are not ignorant to that.

You apparently haven't read my earlier posts where I accepted that Woolfy needed to improve his communication, so I am of course aware that there are two sides etc. The quote you have used above was where I was trying to explain to Mark why some people take things to heart more than others would expect. As such I stand by every word and if you or anyone else feels patronised then I'm afraid that's not what was intended. I too do not like getting involved in this sort of thing but, as a decent person, policeman or not, I cannot stand by and watch while someone is effectively ganged up on and bullied. I'm sorry if that offends anybody but that's the way I am.

Apols to Admin but I replied to Fontaine and Cazz before I read your last and as they took the trouble to make those posts I didn't want to let them go unanswered.
Perhaps if anyone has an issue with me or my posts they would prefer to keep it off forum and PM me?
