That's it... It's Happening...

First stage done. Sat at Retford and already a 4 minute delay for try next train... Shouldn't give us a problem though. Got 20 minutes between trains at York.

Good luck with the trip! Dundee is a Lomg way to go and collect a van, Baz and I did almost the same trip in 2009 to collect Peggy, but she came back on a trailer (which is what caused all the aggro on the way back).

We'd love to see you at the meet in ivinghoe. It's about 5 miles from J11 on the M1, so not far from you, and you would have a good opportunity to meet some of the people on here, and show off your new van before Santa gets here.

Thanks all. Caught up the 4 minutes at York. Just left Newcastle like. Next time we set foot on solid groud it'll be in Scotland!! Due in Edinburgh at 1125.

There ain't half been some flooding round these parts too. Maybe should've brought a boat!

That's true! Just arrived at Edinburgh. Last train is on time so in less than 2 hours we should be at Dundee meeting Alistair!
Been a good journey so far, the sun's even made an appearance!!! Hope it stays line that for the return journey! :)

We'll definitely look at the Ivinghoe meet. I do like to get out and about and meet other like minded folk! Not been to many meets this last year but hoping to change that!
