Said it for years;) It helps if you increase the valve clearances a couple of thou as unleaded tends to burn hotter than the old stuff.

Increase because of the extra expansion caused by the heat. They are usually a bit rattley anyway so a bit more wont make much difference;)

Weather forecast looks totally pants for the whole weekend. Let's hope they have got it all wrong!!
 
Took a trip up to see Steve Williams' son Richard today. Basically it rained so much all day that there can't be much left in the sky to bother you all this weekend. It'll be fine.
 
was great to catch up with you guys today. So glad the club has been upgraded from the woods into the main field! The autojumble wasn't as good as before, my shopping list has only 2 items ticked off.
 
thanks Panky.. Was going to tighten mine from standard 12 and 14 but will leave em well alone now... They sound good tbh and the cover doesn't leak for once! Btw.. The weather in France is stunning and I booked taking the Commer and borrowed the modern camper again...i feel disappointed in myself but nice to know I'll have no issues (except wedging it under a tree... Not sure how I'm going to explain that one yet but it's polished it ok ish :-/)
