When I was selling a house a few years ago I had three couple come and view on the same evening. As the first left the second were coming up the drive and overheard the first couple discussing an offer. The second couple really liked the place and as they left they saw the third couple coming up the drive admiring the house. The second couple immediately called the Estate Agent and offered the full asking price as they were scared one of the other couples would beat them to it.
So, having two lots of viewings close together can be a good thing.
