You need some flutes in that panel, like this adds alot more strength and looks more oe spec;)

Its been fully welded all around the outside and plug welded to the chassis and outrigger,probably stronger than OE

Looking good Woolfy, you didn't find any of my screwdrivers or a few spring clips for the window seals when you cut the bottom of them off.
The number of times i've tried to put new seals and dropped everything down to the bottom of the door !! i think i even dropped a telescopic magnet tool down there. Gives you an idea why we put Sunny in your capable hands rather than ours!!
