STOP RAINING!!!

RRRAAARRRGGGHHH!!! Our Commer's been sat in a half painted state with bin bags over the doors for weeks! Every time the bags rip off (because of the strong winds accompanying the rain) water gets all over the wood on the inside. Parts of the cupboards are wrecked, I don't know what we're going to do about it all...

bad luck there - not much of a summer. Can I suggest you spash out on a winter cover and get it thrown over while you are sorting everything out - then you'll have it for winter.

Get a cheap car cover - I think Argos do them - one for a car should be big enough to come down to at least cover the windows.

or just get some polythene sheeting ,you can by it on a roll from the builders merchants for about a tenner. you will have more than enought to cover the whole van.;)

I had the mis-fortune recently of putting a polythene car cover over one of my vintage Hillmans. Overnight the rain lashed down and the wind got up and by morning the cover had scuffed all 4 wings of the car! A lot of elbow grease is now needed to polish the streaks/scuffs out!!

kjh;)

ah yes that might have happened to yourself , which is most unfortunate, but these guys dont have any paint on their van at the moment its in bare metal i think. so no need to worry at this stage.;):p

Actually Woolfy it's half painted, we're doing the old Rustoleum method.
