Stolen Commer " Please repost wherever possible "

Hi All, someone has just got back to me (anonymously) stating that they have seen a van that looks similar which is burnt out somewhere in Yorkshire. I'm trying to get hold of the details, so I'll keep you infomred, you never know? Thanks Again All!!!
 
Oh no :( in one way I hope it is your van at least then you know whats happened.on the other hand I hope it's not & you get it returned in one piece.

we should all up our security,dark nights & christmas on the way,seems to be an increase in crime at the mo [V]some one has even stolen the village road signs [:0]

Hi All, still waiting for confirmation, should have more info shortly, but don't want to misinform you all. BTW, has anyone had any experience in the past of workers from other parts of the country stealing vehicles to get home? Thanks All / Martin!!! PS: May be selling the NOS spares I've gathered over the years, but I'll obviously give you guys a head up. One interesting spare is an NOS (grey undercoat) driver’s side door.
 
A few years back my old man had his Cortina 1600E pinched from the driveway, they found the car up in Bristol (25 miles away). It was untouched, the fuzz thought it was just used to get to work or the airport??

A year or so ago my neighbours boyfriends van was stolen (not a commer) was found 15 miles or so away abandoned the only damage was a few empty beer cans & some rubbish in the back,with a slight dent seemed they had used it to move some thing heavy also suspect that item had been stolen.He did get it back,he never had any photo's of the van but I had accidentally took a pic while taking photos of our fleet,it was in the background.hope we hear news soon,...
