Stiff steering

I seem to have developed a stiff spot in the steering. Have my arms gone selectively weak or is there something wrong?

Steering box? (its all new to me!)

Give all the grease poins a good squirt first.If that fails,try the kingpins. Drop the track rod off each one and see if its stiff
