Steel thickness?

OK I have one hell of a fabrication job. I am too skint to buy all the components off the shelf, so I have been using 'square bar' to fabricate chassis outriggers and flat sheets to patch or replace rotten tin. As soon as the weather turns I will get welding again. All is good so far, BUT...
Here's 3 questions before I go any further:
What is the thickness of the body skin round the fluting (roughly)?
What is the gauge for the inner sills?
What is the gauge for the outriggers?

I plan to buy, borrow or build a bead roller (swaging jenny) to push some grooves and nice edges into the fluting.

I will probably have to get the rear corners off the shelf.

I think you'd be safe with 1mm for outer body and 1.5mm for inner sills and outriggers.

Got lots more 1mm steel in the garage.
If summer ain't here by next week I will have to make a hot water bottle to put in my fur-lined tank suit, put on the mittens and brave the elements in the back street with me cutting disk and grinder. That 'skirt' round the van has to be ripped off and replaced...

4 jacking points will be replaced. 3 are busted and I ain't gonna wait for the 4th to fail after I replace the bodywork.
The rest of the chassis seems OK strangely enough. Only 55,000 miles.
Probably was parked in a lake for a few years.
This morning the other half said buy a better Commer whilst I fix this one, but I have run out of space.
I will think about it though.
Perhaps find a nice Walkthru.
We nearly went for a lovely 'new-age' Commer coach with a wood burning stove a few years back.
I will let you know how it goes.
