Spring Commer Meet

Went yesterday to book for the weekend, so we will be joining you on the sat & sun leaving on the Monday. We just had to go as we only live in Coalville, so not very far away. Just a word , I think if you want Sunday lunch in the pub you had better ring up & reserve a table as it is a popular place !

I'm having lots of fun and games with the van and I'm working hard on getting her ready (have a look at www.littleyellowcar.co.uk if you dare!) and I'm ruinning out of spare time (the company I work for are expecting me to work for them too!)

yes excellent blog BMM [^]....can you make it read forwards instead of backwards?if that makes sence [8)]
& yes fuel pump could be the cause of starting probs :) my riley wouldn't start I had to get recovered [V] Racer went out side came back pump was stuck, 2 seconds to fix [^] one day it will have modern electric pump [8D]

oh crap I forgot i said i was coming,,,,, Ralph is still in hospital with a broken engine and the repairers have just informed me that they cant get bits for engine, so I've spoke to the eminently knowledgable Dr Maltas who has put me in the right direction, so if that comes off and the Mot and tax are done then we will be there. Well at least its a date to work too...:D
 
Cara and i plan to visit along with fontaine - her first official commer outing!! Just checking workwise as to what day/night we can do. If non then we will hopefully at least pop by for a few hours to say face to face hellos.....we live not to far away. What are most folks plans, a fri and sat night or is it just the sat?

asked mechanic to get finished by the 10th april but he smiled and said he was on holiday from the 3rd so ive only got 2 weeks to get parts get engine people to rebuild and the mechanic to reassemble.....hope so im so fed up from not having ralph to go out to play, sometimes on the friday and if i've had a crap week then we just put some pants in and go away, you know like lets go north or lets see where the sea starts at the wash or i wonder what ely is like. Oh the sense of adventure ! (ely was weird actually)
 
thanks for booking us a place rupert. we'll be coming down on the sat - are people staying until monday? hoping to venture out next weekend not far away just stretch legs and check everything ok. been busy giving spring makeover;)
 
I've booked places for friday and monday. I'm told there shoulnd't be a problem getting sunday night as well if anyone needs it.

I don't get monday off ;o(

We would like to make it to this meet but it clashes with the Festival of Transport weekend at Weston Park, a cracking show and lots to do for the children.

Hope it goes well.
 
I'll be there Friday night in me little tent:) but will have to leave on Saturday evening[V]
Maybe if the manifold is finished in time you could bring it along Tim:p
