I remember Dai when I used to help out on the Fairbourne Railway back in the late 70s 15" gauge days
I remember him driving Ernest W Twinnig
I'm usually round the Mawddach Estuary area twice a year or more :)[8D]
we are thinking of heading to Pembrokeshire next year in the van all being well:)
If you were in fairbourne that weekend I missed you by 3 days
p.s I can fully recommend the "Goat Hotel" sausage mash and peas in an onion gravy it went down a treat with a couple pints of Woods ale!!:D:p

Missed you by a day in Tywyn too - am up there alternate weekends, look forward to catching up with you somewhere on the coast then [8D] Dai now working for Talyllyn as very talented engineer in Pendre Works.

I think he can turn his hand to pottery as well ?
Next time I head out that way I'll let you know, saying that was in Aberdfyi this weekend gone not in the van thou she is being fixed this weekend : )
