The bit you’d need to change is the toothed gear the speedo cable goes into at the od box end...this fits onto a worm gear on the output shaft of the gearbox. Changing the gear is very simple but it’s getting a different one and knowing how many teeth you need, plus factor in possible different wheel or tyre sizes etc. and you could never get there. Looking at the calibration website you need to do a little measuring of tyres and the ratio of the current gear (by watching the speedo cable spin round while pushing the van forwards a few wheel ratations) but all looks simple. You just then ship them the speedo with the calcs and they do the rest...real bargain I think at that price. The accuracy will depend on the calcs you provide....

Could you stick a cork on end of cable and put a line on end to see rotation better. Simplified crash test marks on wheels etc. Great excuse to open a bottle of wine
