Both Brian and Paul from Auto-Sleepers were really friendly and helpful and I don't think it couldn't have gone to a better home - the van will get the TLC it deserves with it's new owners.

This could be a great opportunity for forum publicity too - can't wait to see it at the shows! :)

So, we're now Commer-less :( (for the moment), but there will be a new purchase next year... :D
 
I guess I was wrong - for the first time ever :II am most impressed that the company that used the Commer as their backbone for so long is revisiting their roots, welcome to the Madhouse :D You used to be a sensible outfit but now you have been corrupted by the bug that is Commervanfan...MMMWHAHAHAHAHAHA ;) You will never be the same :D

hey ive had an idea why dont we retore the campers and then send them away to auto sleepers to fit them out inside with all the new styles of cupboards ect, i can supply the carpet sets ect.:p;)

I am still having no luck in locating a front grill for my newly accquired Commer. So I need you boys to help me find one!
We have large quantities of trim, doors and bits and bobs in stock. If you let me know what you're looking for I will try and help. I think it is a very good idea that once the vehcile is finished,that you come and see us in Broadway, Willersey and that we have a Commer 'meet'!(aka a p**s up![xx(]).

Which specific grill/part of is it? I am guessing the large black plastic jobby rather than the smaller metal one above?

I am sure more than one or two autosleeper commers will turn out for the relaunch especially if it will help with publicity :D

Auto sleeper I know Steve Williams took the plastic black grill off the front of ours before he sold it to us, so not sure if he still has it, will send him email and get back too you...

We too like Big monkey man are in need of Bunk Brackets for the front cab... if you can help would be great :)

hello mr Brian sir from Auto-Sleepers its Nathan from Marquis in Tewkesbury if you have a look at the tewkesbury meet you will see a few that came to my meet up at the camp site next to marquis including our van "charlie" i have approached sleepers with request of a meet and didnt get much response but was at your service centre picking up a van and noticed your demo commer fresh back from the NEC but also spied the white one too. its also good to see commers mentioned in you brochures too. good luck with the parts hunt.

Hello again panky we are all fine and dandy thanks for asking baby Lauren is now three months old and is a gorgeous smiley bundle of fun, mum and babe doing just great. good to be back on the forum now she sleeps most of the night[|)][8D] how is everybody out there in commerland[?]
