After seeing how much fun Jim had last year I thought id have a go. Skips were scoured and I came out with 3 bikes. I wanted a single front wheel but the rules say it must have 4 wheels. I came up with a kite shape. The only problem was cornering so i decided to make it lean in the corners. The chassis needs more strengtheners and a seat but its getting there.

The two outer wheels stay upright and the centre section leans over on a pivot. It will be held upright be tensioned bungee straps hopefully

Hope you can mate. I want to see yours run again. Get the tracking sorted and it will scream down the hill

The crossbeam needs a way of strengthening to stop it swaying..... I have a cunning plaaaaan baldrick

Decided the crossbeam needed to be kept in check... A pair of track rods and a swivelling front mount. Should work even on full tilt

Managed a couple of hours yesterday. Strengthened the main chassis, extended the handlebars, modified the seat and post to make a backrest and built the spats and uprights for the main "wing"
All materials salvaged from skips. 3 bikes, an exercise machine and a bed frame. Total cost so far.... £0
