My mate couldn't help me today. he went and got his lorry stuck in a field.....was gutted, but hey ho, patience is a virtue!

Didn't completely waste the day, got the ignition off for Bazil, if he wants it and got all the wiring,switch/relay off of Bluebell ready and just got some fiddly bits & bobs done, painted some of the engine bay .....hopefully watch this space over next few days...oh and put a new seal in the speedo drive, whoopi-doo


 
At least you didn't waste the day doing DIY of some other random stuff.

Still not much to report, but got home a little earlier than normal so I got the wiring/switch/illuminater all wired in/fitted dash end and cable tied neatly as poss, so all I got to do is connect to the gearbox when ready...:)


 
Got really frustrated today, could of been home in daylight and got stuck behind a big lorry for about 40 miles it was doing about 25mph GRRR!

Hoping to at least get an hour or so tommorrow, if I can just get the clutch in I'll be happy

determined to get the box in this weekend even if it means bribeing one of the boys to help me:D

just a question though before I put the box in....the release bearing that came off is a proper bearing and the new on doesn't spin and is like a carbon type material....is that right??
