But is it a 221 or a 222 ;-)

I sorted my garage into 4 piles of stuff.
1. Stuff I`m keeping
2. Stuff I`m not getting rid of.
3. Stuff I might use..one day.
4. Stuff that might come in handy.

Seems you were all paying attention.

I've got one from 1892 and my wife has a 1955 model (which was her Grandmother's).
I can't cope with an electric machine, so bought an old hand cranked one at a local auction for a fiver to do my upholstery. I made the upholstery in a well known trailer tent on it and the headrests for my R17.

I needed one to make my vans curtains, picked up a beautiful 1950's Blue ALFA from the tip shop for a fiver.
Its case had gotten really grubby so no one bothered to open it but hiding inside was a beautifully made machine in almost as new condition, a few drops of oil here and there and it runs like a top. :)

Well, most of the time.. occasionally needs a bit of a TLC or a kick. Guy at the tip shop recons it would make a great boat anchor;)
