The Imp is having braking issues so I'll probably be towing the trailer-tent with the Passat chip shop wagon. Thought I might have to cry off as was feeling really rough this morning but seemed to get better the further away from work I got so should be OK tomorrow. Weather looks a bit pants though!

Just modified the two middle washers to pull in the top exhaust manifold on Clarabel - Looks like its holding so if Martin is happy with a Bakers Dozen -will be setting off about midday tomorrow to stay until early afternoon Saturday. Rest of the family unable to come with combination of a foot ball match and a cricket match for Thomas and 'Baby Ballet' for Evie May.
Looks like I will hit all of the rain so will bring my wellies!
ps - In the circumstances I might be wiser returning with another gasket (or a flat manifold?) -just in case. Look forward to seeing everyone again. Mike

Have a great time everyone, wish I could join you. However, I believe my sister may be dropping in if she has been in contact with Martin. She is keen to join the Commer fraternity and as she lives in the next village, I suggested she come and see you all. :p

Unfortunately the other half has been ill since Sunday, but is a lot better today:) another 24 hrs to make sure there are no more toilet issues, then we should be on our way Saturday morning all goes well.:p Van is all ready to go, loaded and fuelled, so hopefully see you all Saturday PM:D;)

It`s peeing it down. Everything is just about ready to set off. Shouldn`t need more than a fiver of fuel :p
Will be there about 7pm

I sorted my garage into 4 piles of stuff.
1. Stuff I`m keeping
2. Stuff I`m not getting rid of.
3. Stuff I might use..one day.
4. Stuff that might come in handy.
 
Going to start loading the Passat in a minute, hope to be there early afternoon.

Based on Jackie and Colin's 'supplies' at Pandy I won't be bringing any meat!

lucky sod. I'm at work in Wakefield and the place is flooding!!

Hoping to be there despite the weather. Problem is with the littleun as he has to sleep in a bed that takes up the whole of the rear floor, means getting changed and a climb over the front seats to get in as well as keeping him dry. Trying to off him to the grandparents for the night :)
