Reminds me of the MK1 'tina' i had, an early four door(rear doors welded up with steel arches welded on).Banded steel wheels and running a 3.1 lump...red with the gold stripe down the side...poor in comparison with todays pod runners but in its day it was an animal..
 
Karen has just surprised me and said she will drive the new drag car next season [:0]

I decided to buy a ready built car (too many projects). So ended up with a Firenza, with bored and stroked 4.2 Rover V8, although this may be replaced with the blown Chevy 5.7, if I get time [}:)] Hopefully it will sport a new paint job though.

It is currently road legal :p but I think it could be a bit of a handfull ;)
