When fitting replacement seatbelts I've always found the following catalogue extremely useful for reference, so feeling it might be useful for others here too ;

I've recently picked up a pair of 500/45 to replace our very tired n/s and o/s seatbelts. Got a NOS pair all in for under £30 inc. p&p from ebay - I gave them a good going over before fitting just in case but perfect. They retail at around £50 to £70 each normally.

I chose the 500/45 for the longer stalk which is ideal but possibly at a push the 500/30 might just suffice, although engaging the tongue into the buckle will take more practice as this will be behind the seat itself. To my mind the 500/30 would also get in the way when tipping forward the engine cover, the 500/45's extra stalk length permits it to tuck securely out of the way behind each seat first.

I'll be reviewing options for centre belts from this catalogue soon and will post findings. Likely to be a lapbelt but really would like to rig up a diagonal belt from the roof similar to how some modern estates do - although this may require some additional bracing for strength

Thanks for the research, been thinking about inertias, so do these bolt straight in no problems?
 
Seat belt mounts are universal so they should bolt straight in. I fitted inertias from a Mini in my first van - the only problem I found was that they were a bit short and they ran out of belt when extended so the fuller figured driver might have a problem with that type, they stowed neatly though :I. But they were from a Mini and most likely a lot shorter than most.

I couldn't tell you what spec our centre belt is but stalk just about sticks out through seats - the 'takes more practice' bit made me smile as ours gets a little more tricky at fuller figured times, especially after Christmas:I:D;)

Yep, they simply bolt straight in.

There's plenty of length in the webbing on the 500/45's - one tip though, just don't let them fully recoil before they're fitted as it's then a right sod to unwind the webbing :(
