Rupert the Van

Just drove back in the dark. The lights have been wired opposite so one on high and one on low beam! Guess the ' MOT' man missed that as well. Anyone need an MOT just give me your address I'll see what they can do! :I

if it was only rough edges I would still be pi$$ed off but could sort it. One of the repairs in the cab floor is stuck in with mastic and where a repair was done to the valance it is full of fibre glass. I paid for the real deal I have not got it. :(

the van has been inspected and a report is being produced by an insurance assessor his exact words were "they have ruined it you must be gutted":(

Have spent the past few weekends making him roadworthy and safe!

I hope to make it to the Halloween meet so anyone up there can look first hand![:0]

That report should be slapped on the desk of the boss of the company who 'restored' Rupert, along with a bill for the necessary repairs to get it right[:(!]

would they do it again and do you mind sharing with us what you paid for each?
 
I can certainly find out if they would do it again and associated costs.

Fortunately for me its going to cost a bunch of flowers as it was a friend of a friend!

I cannot wait to get them on the van, so glad I removed them before Rupert went for his 'restoration'!
