The Colonel Mustard
started getting the comps van ready for the nec 2day as theres quite a bit to do before the show. On the to do list is;
fit the bulkhead i rather uncarefully removed from the dead bt van.
Insulate and ply line the back.
find door rubbers that fit and allow the doors to shut.
try and lock the 2 big brass nuts into the end of the 40's as they keep coming undone and emptying the petrol tank onto the exhaust.
fit the checker plate rubber matting.
repaint the rear door shuts as there rather chipped.
repair and repaint under the back bumper where the paints reacted with the petrol.
install its party trick in the back.
and give it a good polish.
should keep me busy for a week or 2. the bulkheads already stripped down just needs the paint guru mr wallis to spray it and install it.

getting there slowly the bulkheads in and the backs now play lined.
its ribbed rubber mating just turned the wrong way up so the ribs are face down and the smooth sides up. means it wont move about and is easier to clean. i like it as it still allows for the ribs of the floor to be seen whilst giving them a bit of protection.
