Reverse gear

Help please


I cant locate reverse gear anymore, well it took me at least 15min each time I had to find reverse over the weekend, all the pother gears seem to be fine for the moment at least... any ideas anyone,

Ran is difficult to put in reverse if my foot is not right down on the clutch,so maybe worth checking clutch adjustment?
