Some impressive skills on some unusual repairs going on there, trendy pork pie hats off to you:)
 
Cheers panky. The thing is that the rot is so localised and the surrounding metal is in stunningly good condition that I can't justify fitting larger repair panels. Although it would probably be a lot more straightforward. :eek:
 
I totally agree with your approach, no point in cutting out perfectly good metal - you'll find plenty of rust to cut out without scrapping the good stuff;)
