Sounds like you have some serious tin worm problems, the first place to look is Commer Van Spares run by Martin Maltas. he has a big stock of spares and might possibly have a roof from a scrapper.

It does have a very serious case of tin worm and the lower half has been badly patched in the past.
I will post some pics when we dig it out of the garage it’s buried in.
It was shot blasted and epoxied a few years back so we could see what was what. The biggest hurdle I think we have is the roof - or lack of it. It’s rotted all round and was hacked to fit a pop top

I've got a front cab section roof in good condition. It has been well preserved because it has been hidden under a glassfibre high top all its life.

Pictures not very good as it is stored in a dark garage. It has a thin ally strip screwed arround that held the GRP high top in place.
