Repairing tarnished wing mirrors

Has anyone had any experience or repairing tarnished wing mirror glass...

My passenger mirror is pretty bad and I'm keen to repair or replace. Repair is my first choice, so has anyone had a go at this - or would know how to do it...??

All advice welcome...

Hi Edward, take the glass out and go to a local glass merchant, they will cut you some new ones.

I'll second what Martin said, I took one of my mirrors to local glass merchant and he charged me a fiver to have I piece cut the same size.
