Renault Fan...?

Whilst clearing out my Highwayman, I came across this;

Does anyone know what model this is from?

Does it have any identifying matks or numbers?
Looking at the depth of then motor, I would suspect it is from a 4, 5 Mk1, or 6 as they all had the gearbox mounted in front of the engine. This gives plenty of space between the radiator and the engine, so space is not critical. The larger engined 16 had a similar arrangement, but I think it had a more blades.

Here's a pic of Renault 6 engine bay. Fan looks similar, although mounting is different.

The markings show the Renault logo and the reference '19601D'.

I've looked everywhere and can't find it. I've found the cowling, but there are no 4 blade fans out there! The image appears to be the same type, but it looks like an aftermarket part. I suppose it might be a duplicate of the original.

I have put the photo and information on the Classic Renault Forum and see if brings an answer.

I have a number of electric fans from the Renault 15/17 range of the 1970's, but they are all much slimmer and multi bladed. They might even fit a Commer!
